Established in 1987 the family-run business started as a quaint small-scale operation, featuring only a handful of products. Our range currently sits at over 60 products under three major brands namely: Blue Shirt Bakery, Global Wraps and Ouma se Spens, most of which are listed in the Top Supermarket groups, Restaurant Chains, the Foodservice Industry, Independent Stores, and Catering Companies in South Africa. Our products are enjoyed in all our neighbouring countries and span as far as the Indian Ocean Islands.
